Lead Pastors

We’re honored to serve as the Lead Pastors of LEV Church! Married since 2011, we’ve been following God’s heart together through every season of life and ministry. We’re raising four amazing kids—two biological and two adopted—and we’re deeply passionate about foster care and being a voice for vulnerable children and families.

Our journey in ministry began with youth, and over the years God has grown that calling into something bigger than we could have imagined. In 2024, we stepped into the role of Lead Pastors, building on the foundation of faith laid before us, by our Legacy Pastors, and carrying the vision of restoration into the future.

LEV Church isn’t just a church we lead—it’s a community we love and call home. Our heartbeat is to see lives restored, families strengthened, and people launched into their God-given purpose. We believe in putting God first, loving people deeply, and living every day with Kingdom intentionality.

Whether you’re new to church, exploring faith, or looking for a community to call home—we want you to know: you’re welcome here. We’d love to meet you and hear your story.

Legacy Pastors

We’ve been married since 1989, and like many, our story is one of restoration. Both of us come from divorced homes, and we know firsthand the beauty and challenges of a blended family. By God’s grace, that experience became the foundation of our calling to walk with others through healing and wholeness.

In 2013, we stepped into the role of Lead Pastors at what was then Center City Church. For 11 years, we had the honor of shepherding this church family through seasons of growth, restoration, and transformation. In every message, every meeting, and every moment, our heart was simple: that people would encounter the restoring love of God.

In April 2024, we transitioned into our new role as Legacy Pastors, passing the leadership mantle to Eddie and Jordan Bousum. It wasn’t just a leadership change—it was a divine partnership. God beautifully blended our heart for restoration with their passion to love, lead, and launch, and together, we followed the Spirit into a new season now known as LEV Church.

We’re still here, still cheering, still pouring into the next generation. We love this church and believe its best days are still ahead. We’re also incredibly thankful for our family—our 8 kids and over 20 grandkids—who remind us daily that God’s legacy is lived out in love.

Youth Directors

We are so grateful for the opportunity LEV Church has given us to serve as Youth Directors. Originally from Portage, Wisconsin, we began attending LEV in the fall of 2022 after moving to Marshfield while we were dating. We were looking for a community that taught biblical truth and would walk alongside us as we navigated our faith journey. It was at LEV Church that we were reminded our purpose is found in Jesus and began to see more clearly the plan God has for our lives. We got married in the fall of 2024 and have found our home here in Marshfield.

We served for over two years in LEV Youth, and during that time we grew and learned in so many areas alongside the incredible pastoral and leadership teams at LEV. Youth ministry is such a special way to serve God’s Kingdom, and it’s a gift to walk alongside students through different seasons of their lives and faith. Our heart is for the next generation, and we are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve the students of this church and community. If you are in 6th–12th grade, we would love to see you at LEV Youth on Wednesdays from 6:30–8:30pm.

Kids Ministry Director

I’m so blessed to serve as the Director of LEV Kids here at LEV Church. From a young age, I’ve had a heart for children’s ministry. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing kids discover who Jesus is and understand how deeply He loves them. I began serving in children’s ministry around 2018, and I love helping kids connect with God’s Word and experience His love in real, tangible ways.

I grew up right here in Central Wisconsin, so I have a big heart for this community and the families who call it home. When I’m not at church, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Austin, and our two dogs, Butters and Ryker.

My prayer for LEV Kids is that every child who walks through our doors knows they are loved, valued, and created with purpose. I believe one of the most important things we can do as a church is invest in children and help them grow in their walk with Christ.
